If you are already registered, go the "USER MENU", click on the "Submit ans article" button on left hand navigation. You must be r4egostered and logged in to see that.

Give it a Title in the Title box.

Enter your text in the main box.

Choose a 'section' then a "category" for your article, the dates if the information expires (like an event).

Once you are happy with everything, click the 'Save' button near the top of the page.
