“Belated news but we raised a FANTASTIC £220 for St Luke’s Hospice on Saturday 30th March at our Coffee Morning. Our lovely ladies- Janet, Jenny and Maggie manned the tea, coffee, squash and cake sales and did a fab job. Big thanks to them. The Raffle prizes were great and lots of villagers went way with prizes. Also big thanks to Clives Pies for donating masses of pies which we gave away as tasters and to Hingstons Pasties and Pies who donated two giant pasties. The weather was great and it was so lovely to see everyone sitting on the decking in the Village Hall and the shop garden being used by families with children.”
