There must be lots of people here who have experience of running a business, and could give the shop committee advice about drawing up a business plan for the shop. You wouldn’t need to join the shop committee, but your input at the moment would be very much appreciated while they are trying to put plans in place for running the shop, and applying for possible grants. They would be very grateful indeed for your help.
