Learn to Nordic Walk!

Another course is starting on Saturday, March 21st;
When the correct technique is used it will engage 90% of the body’s muscles, toning the body and using up more calories as you walk.
You feel lighter on your feet and it reduces pressures on hips and knees; it can also help with shoulder and back problems.
Great for those who are looking to be more active (but not so keen on conventional exercise) and it is also ideal for cross training runners and other sports people – popular with all ages and fitness levels.
