Dinah has now started to stock some fish in the shop. As a trial run at the moment she has

Manuka smoked salmon pate £4.00
Manuka smoked salmon starters (fillets) £4.00
Manuka smoked duck slices £5.00
Smoked mackerel £3.50
She can also take orders in advance, and soon there will be smoked salmon (sliced) and smoked haddock available as well.
