Our children at the school have been helping with the campaign to raise awareness of speeding traffic through the village. The Highways Department at Devon County Council suggested that pupils here could submit some posters which can be used to reinforce the 20 mph speed message for Fore Street traffic, and so a competition was held at the school for those who wanted to take part. Eight of the ones that were submitted were then chosen by the highway department, and all the artists had a small prize.These four posters have been put up here by the school crossing point, and another four will be applied to the highways speed signs in Fore Street.
