There are some excellent Pilates classes being held in the village hall at the moment on Thursday evenings, and there are still some places left.
Lisa who is taking the classes says “Pilates is an excellent form of exercise to develop core stability, improve joint mobility and gain a better awareness of posture and alignment. Each session focuses on the key principles of Pilates and I strongly believe that Pilates is for everyone; male, female, any age and all abilities.
