Pilates is a mind and body approach. You will learn how to develop good posture and movement patterns through body awareness, strength, flexibility co-ordination and balance. Everyone can be taught with a few little adaptations – whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for an athletic event, pregnant or just trying to move well!. Franny is a local nurse teaching small mixed ability groups up to a maximum of 12. Please contact her if you’d like more information.
