The Primary School PTFA is holding a Clothes Swap Party in the village hall this Saturday (20th November) at 7.30pm to raise funds for a new Interactive White Board for the school and would love for you to come along.
If you’ve never been to a clothes swap before it is hard to know what to expect so here is how the whole thing works and why you should come along.
A clothes swap is a sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe with beautiful new clothes all for the cost of £5. All you need to do is bring along pre- loved clothes and accessories (women’s, men’s, kids) in good condition and swap them for as many items as you like. On arrival we will collect any clothes you bring along (don’t worry if you don’t have many/any) and we will sort them for you into clothing categories while you get a drink from our Prosecco Bar (non- alcoholic options will also be available). Then you are free to rummage through all the donated items and take home whatever you like. Changing spaces and mirrors will be provided so you can browse and try on as you please. There will also be a raffle where you could win a hamper of lovely goodies worth over £50! Bring some friends, have some fun and enjoy shopping.
