HEARTSTART TRAINING – Thursday 27th, 7.0pm at the village hall.
This is a reminder to all those who haven’t yet put their names down for this training. It is run by Kingsbridge Rotary Club for the British Heart Foundation, so it will teach us all the things we should know for resuscitation. The course only lasts a couple of hours, but will include a new short film and a practice run with a dummy so that we all know what to do in an emergency – and particularly what to do to use the new defibrillator if we had to.
The course is open to anyone, and is free. It updates information from previous courses too, so would still be worthwhile even if you have been to one of these before.
