Some permitted tennis coaching in special circumstances during this lockdown

At present there is no permitted use of the tennis court here for members use, BUT there is one permitted exception. The LTA has confirmed that organised sport for disabled people is allowed during this national lockdown – coaching sessions for disabled people conducted by our LTA accredited coach are allowed. You may see the tennis court in use before the national restrictions are lifted, but please rest assured that these specific sessions have been agreed in advance and are legally allowed.

This is very good news, and will allow a few people who will really benefit from these sessions to take advantage of them in these difficult times. If you know of anyone who would be eligible, and interested to have some organised coaching, please do ask them to contact Ouvrielle Lindfield Roberts – 07974 261771 or 01548 550733 or Tim Brealey, the club coach – 07972895975
