Spoonbill on the river! The first since the 1980’s, and here are the photos!

A SPOONBILL ON THE ESTUARY!
John Ashton had just finished setting up his new camera this morning down on the Tidal Road when down right in front of him landed a spoonbill! They are really unusual in this country, and Rod thinks he hasn’t seen one here on the river since the 1980’s. John has sent us these fantastic photos.
