Our village shop survey
Copies of this survey are available in the shop and we are delivering as many as we can to households in and near AG. Could residents please complete one response per household, and deliver completed questionnaires back to the shop. The Shop Management Committee put this in for printing at the end of 2020 and before the current lockdown was announced, so we are sorry that questions 2 and 3 have been overtaken by events. Despite this please answer all the questions. Your responses will help our shop to keep meeting your needs.
