Helen is holding her next meditation session in the village hall  tomorrow evening   at 7.pm -8.30pm. The sound meditation session uses sound to relax the mind and induce a feeling of calm. The last session saw twenty people enjoying this form of meditation and there is no fee to pay, just a donation will suffiice. If you have a yoga mat then bring it with you, if not a blanket or similar will be ok.There is no need to book, just turn up. The WI had Helen visit last year and everyone enjoyed the experience very much, playing the drums and bells whch she brought with her. Chairs are also available for those with difficulty in laying down.

Local resident Keith Foster has made a short film about our parish and the beautiful scenery that we all enjoy, especially during the last year. The film can be viewed on the village website and facebook page. Many thanks Keith.
